EB Ajax Search is an AJAX powered LIVE search (Hikashop, Virtuemart, SP Page Builder, and K2 Compatible) module that will boost user experience by providing a user-friendly ajax powered search form. It works like an Auto-suggest Google search. It's very flexible as every element is fully configurable.

Functionality
Very complex and customizable module. There are a variety of settings to setup, filter and search in joomla or thirdparty professionally.
Ease of use
Despite the high complexity, very easy to use. Highly recommended for further processing.
Support
The support is very fast and very helpful. I am very satisfied and can recommend this company to everyone.
Documentation
Very good and absolutly user friendly. If you have any questions, you can contact support any time.
Value for money
I can recommend this module to anyone who needs a professional web-/blog-/ and shop-system

Functionality
Cette extension permet de rechercher des articles sur son site internet. Il gère différents supports comme SP Pagebuilder.
Ease of use
Cette extension est très facile à installer et à paramétrer. Le fichier ini permet de personnaliser l'interface.
Support
Très bonne communication avec le support. les réponses sont rapides.
Documentation
La documentation est simple mais permet rapidement de paramétrer l'extension.
Value for money
Pour un prix inférieur à 15€, vous avez une extension de recherche

Functionality
It does what is says and quite fast while doing it. Did not encounter any issues there.
Ease of use
Yes, few clicks in setup and I was ready to go without diving in customizations.
Support
I contacted support regarding few cosmetic tweaks and one functional and support was fast and solved issue with great speed.
Documentation
I did not use it as module is straightforward and easy to use so no docs for me.
Value for money
Yes, it is worth every penny. What to write here..... (Joomla admins 64chars limit hm...)
I used this to: Display real-time fast search for my tourist directoriy website.

Functionality
The module is actually very thorough and well thought out with various options and support for third party integration as well.
Ease of use
Easy peasy! All settings in one place and there's nothing overly complicating about the module.
Support
I only had an issue recently where the module wasn't returning any search results. Support fixed it in no time.
Documentation
Value for money
Good pricing. You cannot beat the value! Would buy it again and again!

Functionality
In my case it's used to combine the search in J! content and Virtuemart products. Works great.
Ease of use
The configuration is self explaining and done in minutes. Simply published the module in the desired position and I was done.
Support
Only had one support case because of a software conflict. It was solved very fast.
Documentation
All informations needed are clearly described in the documentation.
Value for money
Insane. As siteowner you don't have to think about combining search results of different sources - the module simply does this job.
I used this to: A Site with an onlineshop (Virtuemart) and a kind of wiki for special interests.

Works as advertised. Ability to limit by category was what I needed.
Ease of use
Easy to install and configure. Settings are pretty straight forward.

Support was good. Always responded and made adjustments in a timely manner.

Value for money
Fairly priced. Support for the price is top notch. Would recommend for most sites.
I used this to: Clients site that had a few thousand articles that needed a search function for each category that only returns results based on category.

Permet la recherche dans les articles et catégories de Joomla, ainsi que les tags, mais aussi d'autres composants, tels que Hikashop.
Ease of use
Aucun problème pour en comprendre l'utilisation et l'adapter à mes besoins.
Support
Parfait. J'ai eu un problème sur un site encore en J3 et il a été réglé sous 24h !
Documentation
Nécessaire et suffisante. Le module est de toute manière assez simple et facile à paramétrer.
Value for money
Bon rapport qualité prix. Aucun regret. Notamment, je cherchais une extension compatible avec Hikashop.
I used this to: Je vais l'utiliser sur tous mes sites, en particulier les sites e-commerce utilisant Hikashop. Certains sont encore en Joomla 3, mais tous doivent évoluer vers Joomla 4, puis Joomla 5.

Super module, recherche avec résultats instantané, sur les articles mais aussi sur les produits comme Hikashop ou Virtuemart.
Ease of use
Très facile à utiliser et à installer. Interface user friendly. Facile à comprendre.
Support
Très bon support, très réactif. Solutionne les problèmes de manière efficace.
Documentation
Pas vraiment besoin de documentation, car l'utilisation est vraiment simple.
Value for money
Très bon rapport qualité prix, qui permet de donner un plus à vos sites avec cette recherche Ajax.

Functionality
Items in the drop down do not link to the correct paths. They link to the non SEF urls

Images do not show in articles (only K2 item
Ease of use
Easy to install

Can't really say much more than that as that as it was easy to install it just doesn't work correctly.
Support
Non-existent - Been waiting 3 days and not even a reply.

Support should be on hand within a minimum of 24 hours when people are paying
Value for money
Poor as you can't get any help when needed

We use it will Hikashop and display all the necessary information (incl thumbnails) as part of the search suggestions.
Ease of use
Extremely logical to set up. Doesn't require in depth knowledge.
Support
The best support we've experienced when issues arise. Most times issues or feature tweaks are solved overnight.
Documentation
Comprehensive documentation. The module is so well laid out and logically thought through that we found that we rarely need to refer to it.
Value for money
A fraction of the prices of the major search components with all of the functionality. And these guys respond to your support questions.
I used this to: A couple of large e-commerce sites based on Hikashop. It shows 6 search results and users can hit the return key to see further result with smart search.
