📜 Motions & Resolutions (NEW)

• Abstain Is Optional - Turn Abstain on or off per election, so a body that requires a definite answer simply doesn't offer it
• Single-Form Ballot - Voters answer every motion on one page, and the complete ballot is validated on the server before anything is recorded
• Automatic Outcomes - Each motion is reported as Carried, Not carried, or Not carried (tie) - no manual tallying, and a tie is declared rather than quietly resolved
• Weighted Motions - Vote weights apply to motions too, each motion counted independently, so a delegate carrying 150 members casts 150 Yes or 150 No

⚖️ Weighted Voting

• Vote Weights - Give each voter a different number of votes, perfect for delegates voting on behalf of member organizations (a 150-member sub-organization carries 150 votes)
• Two Weight Sources - Take weights from individual voter records or from Joomla user groups
• Block & Split Modes - Cast the full weight for one candidate (block), or divide votes freely across candidates (split, e.g. 100 to one candidate, 50 to another)
• Group Weights - Assign a voting weight to each Joomla user group once, globally; voters in several weighted groups carry the highest weight
• Per-Election Overrides - Override any voter's or group's weight for a single election without touching your standing settings

🪑 Multi-Seat Elections

• Seats Setting - Fill multiple seats in one election; each voter gets seats × their weight votes to distribute
• Max Votes per Candidate - Cap how many votes one candidate may take from one voter, set per election and overridable per voter and per user group
