Features

• Notepad on the administrator dashboard — the note appears as a module on the Joomla control panel, visible to admins right after they log in. Your choice of editor — the notepad uses the Joomla editor you select (TinyMCE, CodeMirror or any other editor you have installed), so you can format text, add lists and insert links.
• Edit permissions per user or user group — choose exactly who is allowed to change the note. Everyone else sees it read-only, so a client or a junior editor can read the instructions without being able to edit them.
• Print button — print the current note straight from the dashboard.
• Download button — save the note as a .txt file with one click.

How it works
Install the module through the Joomla installer, or use Install from Web and search for "Joomill".
The module publishes itself to the administrator dashboard automatically.
Open the module options, pick your editor, set who is allowed to edit, and choose whether to show the Print and Download buttons.
Type your note. It stays on the dashboard for every admin the next time they log in.
