JoomTheme Gallery brings image gallery management into Joomla’s native workflow. The extension is distributed as one installable package containing a gallery component and a responsive site module.

The administrator component provides a clear Atum-aligned dashboard for managing galleries, Joomla! categories and images. Administrators can create galleries, define publication and access settings, enter descriptions and metadata, select cover images and organise uploaded images using manual ordering.

On the frontend, galleries can be displayed as responsive cards with configurable covers, categories, descriptions and image counts. Individual gallery pages present images in a clean responsive grid. Visitors can open images in a keyboard-, touch- and pointer-friendly lightbox with captions, navigation controls and a softer modal-style backdrop.

The included JoomTheme Gallery module can display images from any selected gallery in a Joomla! module position. It provides controls for image limits, ordering, grid columns, thumbnail ratios, image fitting, captions, gallery information, lightbox behaviour and gallery links.

JoomTheme Gallery integrates with Joomla MVC, ACL, access levels, categories, language filtering, publishing workflows, the Web Asset Manager, update services and changelogs. It generates original, large, medium and thumbnail image variants and can remove EXIF, GPS and appended metadata from uploaded images.
