This plugin offers plenty of options for branding and cookie consent (maybe too many?), including suggested wording for various scenarios

Ease of use

The configuration forms were long but intuitive. Additional options seemed quite complex and required editing code I didn't have access to.

Tech support was prompt and helpful. Thank you for your help. (That's all I have to say)

My suggestion: offer a "getting started" document showing how set up a couple of basic, simple compliance examples

Seems good. Many options, useful if you can figure them out. I'd prefer if the advanced features were marked as such.

I used this to: I was unable to create a LINK the visitor could use to review or update the cookie settings. I didn't like the on-page (lower left) icon the plugin provided for this purpose. Also the plugin seemed overly complex to configure. For both of these reasons I decided not to use it.
