Functionality

Works great!!! Only issue was with the activity log not working correctly, but I disabled it anyway.

Ease of use

Installed easy and works. Had it running within 15 minutes and easy for users.

Support

Didnt need any. Online info was enough to solve any problems. No complaints.

Value for money

Worth every penny. Other options were more expensive so I went with JBolo instead.

I used this to: A group that wanted something similar to Facebook, but wanted to avoind the problems of Facebook.

Functionality

This extension does everything it should do for a chat extension - it looks professional and works properly.

Ease of use

This extension is very easy to use - it is well designed and easy to understand. It is easy to set up as well.

Support

I did have some trouble getting it going but the support was very good. They fixed my issue promptly and were patient with my requests.

Documentation

Couldn't quite figure it out on my own with just the documentation but support was quick

Value for money

This is an incredible extension for the price. I would recommend it to anyone needing a chat feature on their Joomla website. Definite A+++

I used this to: I use this for a way to communicate with customers on my site and a way for them to communicate with each other. It works very well and I would recommend it to anyone.

Functionality

JBolo is a must have for every online community. We are using the component integrated with community builder without any problems.

Ease of use

More than easy to configure. All options are there for you to select during configuration.

Support

After 2 years of using it, we had one issue after a joomla update. The support team rocks. The solution arrived the next day.

Documentation

Not needed at all. The configuration interface leads you and does not allow you to make any mistakes.

Value for money

My site increased it's value with JBolo! Nothing else to say.

I used this to: A local online community with members handled by Community Builder.

Functionality

We've tried to use this on our membership based site. The pop up window has had a bug for over 6 months whereby the search feature fails.

Ease of use

The basic functions were easy enough to configure in the backend. Frontend usability was not a straightforward

Support

We reported a bug over 6 months ago and were promised a response. Our support ticket was then closed 2 times without any further response.

Value for money

If it had better support it would be worth it.

Cannot say, because I did not take a look at it, because it wasn't necesarry! But I give a score of 100, because these guys really deserve!!

The extension is easy and flexible for the users to use. Gives you a relevant usage info as admin. Best combo to JomSocial. Works perfect

Easy to install. Easy to manage as admin and very Easy and Fun to use for the user, since they can change theme. I love the extension.

Support

My site is bilingual with a special template so I needed Support. Techjoomla are seriuos, quick and THE BEST. Second to None. I Love them!

Documentation is very good even the description are very good, telling you what you are buying before you buy.

Value for money

Stunning! You get much better product than you would expect and the support is better than anyone could expect.

I used this to: My bilingual site SE/EN. http://lovealand.net on a JomSocial platform with JSN Metro Template. When my site was only translated to Swedish everything worked right out of the box. The problem raised when I made my site bilingual. Techjoomla support was beyond fantastic. Best Ever!

Functionality of this product is supreme. It does exactly as you would expect it to, even in JS 4_RC_1 just need +1 feature for us so 95/100

Ease of use

Installs like any other extension and hey presto, it's there and working

Support

Contacted support to ask if we could have viewing off all logs by administrator and the response was back within a couple of hours :)

Documentation

Documentation is short, but that's all it needs to be. The product just works out of the box.

Value for money

This is one of the 1st packages we've paid for and I'm very pleased with our investment (6 month sub) which we will renew when it expires

I used this to: A Jomsocial website for children in education. The only thing missing for us is the ability to look at users chats (given our environment this feature is a must really), spoke with developer and they're looking at putting it in a future release for us. What brilliant support!!
