Invoice Manager is a simple and useful Invoice Creator and Manager System for Joomla. Receive PayPal, Stripe & Authorize.Net payments, create your invoices. If you run a small online business or a real store and want to have all your client's invoices stored in your Joomla website, this is the extension for you. Split the bills into multiple payments. Manage your contacts and create invoices that your customers can view online and receive to their e-mail accounts. It allows you to manage all your invoices in the backend as the site administrator, with lots of useful functions like publishing facilities, sending invoices using the e-mail, setting your invoice's templates and taxes, managing your contacts information and more. You can define your own taxes and discounts to apply to some of your invoices, and you can create your own invoice templates to make them look and feel the way you want, using your company details and logo and any layout you can imagine using the WYSIWYG editor. Awful support of a buggy extension

Functionality
Many of the functions of Invoice Manager for Joomla 4 do not work as expected. At least 50% of the functionality is buggy or doesn't work.
Ease of use
It is extremely hard to use because there are so many bugs. Wasted time tweaking configuration, only to find out from others, it doesnt work
Support
There is no support at all. There are over 5000 unanswered help request and reports of bugs. People who paid are begging for basic fixes.
Documentation
The only available documentation is for Joomla 2 (or maybe 3), which does not work for Joomla 4.
Value for money
Oh my gosh! They should be paying customers to beta test this program. They should not be charging for this barely usable extension.
I used this to: I was trying to use this for invoicing and collecting payments for a few property rental customers.

Functionality
This application reaaly looks good I love the design but the functionality is verry poor you spend more time trying to configure.
Ease of use
Is easy to use nice menu and design but dificult to configure we have the old version and fail to install 4.0.1 and we lose all data.
Support
Is not support, I ask for support two month ago and still waiting for a response. I dont think the company have the amount of support agents
Documentation
Good documentation well presented, the information is going to the point look really professional and direct to the point, but fail....
Value for money
Is a great value for the money if you can make this application to work the way is intendent to.

Not good for recurrent invoices

Functionality
Manuel invoices is nice and you have all you need but recurrent invoices not as well as searching those last.
Ease of use
Is easy to use, this part is Ok and nice, but some of the features for searching are missed.
Support
Some reported problems not solved. We did reported recurrent invoices beeind duplicated and sometimes not generated since the beggining.
Documentation
Value for money
We did purchased only for recurrency and buggy for us, so it did not helped too much.
I used this to: Recurrent invoice for variable cloud services. In some cases we do need to change or add items to the recurrent invoices. Only few times we do generate manual invoices.

Functionality
Used 1 year, first period was working okay, when end of my subscription then it gave lots of errors even without updating joomla or whatever
Ease of use
The extension is easy to use, actually it was good in the point.
Support
I posted several support ticket I got replied after few months, the support replied me to ask for subscription renewal
Documentation
There is no much documentation, it's lack of such useful information. I advice the developers to add some docs to assist people
Value for money
The extension is good value comparing to the money you pay. only if it's truly open source but It's not based on my experience.
I used this to: I used it for my small business. I regret to use it because it stopped working by itself to force me renew subscription which is not a professional way to lie and say it's open source but after examination it has encrypted codes.

The extension will not stop working after the first year... I'm not sure which errors you got, I tried looking for the username "titomah" in our database but I can't find it.

Functionality
Function is great if you can get it to work from the offset but you can't and support is not helpful
Ease of use
Not easy for a newbie which we are not as you have to add extra bits via ftp
Support
Support is awful! They take forever to answer and they are not helpful, I am not sure the owner even developed the add-on!
Documentation
Fair but does not explain in full what you need to do to make things work and the developer does not really help - you can't get hold of him
Value for money
Not really due to the above, the support is lacking and therefore you can't launch using this add-on due to this
I used this to: My business and it is failing due to the lack of support and being to launch our new client support area

The functionality is great. I recommend this extension.
Ease of use
It is easy to use. great user interface.
Support
the only complaint I have is the slow response from the developer. expect to wait for 7+ days and when no reply you will have to remind him.

I give a 80/100 because of the poor support. But overall still a great extension.

This extension is packed with options and can be easily customized. Installed and configured in minutes, including custom PDF templates.
Ease of use
Easy to use and configure, but you can dig deep if you need to. The backend is well thought out, with several options to save time.

Support is top notch. Super fast response and very proactive.

Functionality
The latest version of invoice manager works well! Functions exactly as I need it to with clear display, tax, discounts etc.
Ease of use
Very simple to use, good examples & intuitive. The options to send a range of invoices suit my different customers & payments are easy.
Support
The best support I have experienced. Very patient & always looked for a complete solution, even with customising & editing templates.
Value for money
It's paid for because it works well and the support, it will help keep on top your invoicing and logging payments.
Well worth the money.
I used this to: Hika Shop.
This allows a real invoice to be sent that looks great and displays the information clearly & professionally.
Clearly showing tax, discounts, subtotals and totals. Tracking payment, part payment etc. Showing due dates & late dates making invoicing much easier.
