Installation
1) Register on the GLS Developer Portal (dev-portal.gls-group.net)
2) Create an app with Authentication API v2, OOH Location Finder, and ShipIT-Farm APIs

5) Create one or more GLS shipping methods in HikaShop (one per delivery mode)
6) Configure your Client ID, Client Secret, delivery mode, and ShipIT Contact ID
