Ease of Use not good

Functionality
The basic thing works but is so convoluted to set up. Tried many times but in the end gave up
Ease of use
Not the easiest by a long chalk. Was attracted by social media integration which was unbelievable difficult - still not resolved
Support
Requested support several times ... slow and not willing to 'hop' on to help get it sorted out
Documentation
Profuse - which can be bad when you are looking for solutions.. some sections out of date
Value for money
Great Price Point - not good value at all, when you weigh time in the mix though
I used this to: I used this on a promoters website which wanted to promote events using social media and sell tickets online.

Creates duplicate pages, and not easy to use for developers or visitors.

Functionality
One of the most bloated and difficult to use plugins I have installed since 2003.
Ease of use
Not easy to use, nor configure. Missing functionality that would make it actually useful. Instead, visitors are unhappy by confusing plugin.
Support
Support is good. The quality of this plugin is not. It doesn't offer much and is nothing compared to some of the other RStools which are ok.
Documentation
Value for money
Not worth spending extra time or money on and not worth the subscription price.
I used this to: In production website with regular events posted monthly on website.

Pas fonctionnel coté administration et utilisateurs, ou pas à la hauteur de la présentation avant vente.
Ease of use
Pas simple à utiliser parce que pas fini. Les traductions sont approximatives. Les modules ne fonctionnent pas tous correctement.
Support
Le support répond en anglais. Mais la réponse est d'aller voir ailleurs même si cela ne fonctionne pas bien avec mon template Yoothemepro

Functionality
This is a very sophisticated Event Management Tool. It can be displayed in a variety of ways including various menus and modules
Ease of use
Well, to get it all, it requires practice! However after doing a few events it became easier and easier.
Support
Support always arrives; but it is overnight for me since I am in different time zone, would be better to have 24-7 support.
Documentation
Lots of documentation, it does require some determination to get through it all. I tend to read when I encounter a problem.
Value for money
Although I could not merge two intersecting memberships, I do find that there is good value in the product.
I used this to: Several sites that require advance notice of various events that are coming up. I mainly prefer using the calendar menu and find this is very useful. There is a really great 'filtering' system called the 'Legend' that allows for visitors to find their events quickly and easily.

Good but without Google cluster funcion

Functionality
It works fine, but if you have in 1 Country 50 events in 2 cities, you will only see on Google map only 2 events. No Google cluster funcion

Not really easy, but understandable. A lot of css work to use it with Toaster Template.

Functionality
It is what I was looking! Versatile and easy to use.
I had others similar extensions, this has won! RSjoomla have a secret weapon: support!
Ease of use
fast and easy, and every update is better.
Support
Fast and competent. They investigate any request.
Documentation
Detailed , also good update logs.
Value for money
With bundle offers is a good deal!

Functionality
It works perfectly for its purpose. I tried other extensions but none of the worked so great and easy, and did what it had to do as this.
Ease of use
Even I, who was a complete dummy on this matter, knows how to work with it.
Support
Help within 24h, with a sollution for your problem or help to find an other way to work around your problem.
Documentation
The answer of a lot of yours questions can be found in the excellent documentation.
Value for money
You get value for your money. It made me decide to use more of their products.
I used this to: I tried a component for the management of events and found in rsevent a formidable extension. I also bought the template rsevento that integrates seamlessly with the extension. Support incredibly fast and competent. Five stars!!!

The settings are easy to follow. You can have it up and running very quickly.

Excellent. This extension had a conflict with my SEO extension and the support was very fast, extremely accurate and helpful in resolving.

If you need an extension providing event listings, this is perfect for you. Has many features and very functional.
