Using this Joomla module, you can add any advertisement code or any other affiliate or ad network.

You can add multiple advertisements (or any code) for different Joomla! articles or categories or tags.

Additionally, you can dynamically display current from various sources. The new version supports different types of advertisements: simple, link, image and html ad codes.

Functionality
It's a good module, so far I have tried two affiliate programs on the module and it works fine.
Ease of use
It's very simple to use. You just paste the code of the affiliate program on Advertisement Code, and do basic module configuration.
