Functionality
I only need digital good downloads functionalities in the context of a multilingual website and haven't tried the other functionalities yet.
Ease of use
The application is still young but is in constant improvement. I found it quite intuitive easy to use.
Support
Top notch !! Reported bugs fixed immediately, week-end included. Every demand of functionality I suggested have been implemented within days
Documentation
Could be better and will probably improve later on. This is probably due to the youth of the application.
I used this to: Free downloads of digital goods in exchange of website registration. I plan to use it for paid downloads as well in the near future, but I haven't tried it yet.
