Functionality

Creates a seamless login process to allow our Joomla users to access our Discourse server using their Joomla credentials.

Ease of use

Once configured, it is painless to use--just works (so far anyway)

Support

SSO is never easy, but the Mini-Orange folks know what they are doing and provided hands on assistance to get things working.

Documentation

Have not made use of it yet. Plugin setup screens are pretty intuitive.

I used this to: This plugin allows us to integrate a Discourse server as our forum while using the users configured in Joomla to authenticate. We also pass over group membership and profile info with each login.

Functionality

Does SSO out to partner sites without any problems. Compatible with a wide variety of identity providers.

Ease of use

Nice and easy to install and configure. Configs can be lost during upgrades but I believe a new version will sort this.

Support

Can't fault the support on offer. Very responsive and have been quick to help out to resolve any problems via Zoom sessions.

Documentation

Setup was straightforward so haven't used the documentation much. Plenty of config examples.

I used this to: SSO from a web portal to 5 external sites for up to 2000 users on a Joomla 3.10 site.

Functionality

Works well and has an active roadmap with some features that we feel would increase this score to 5.

Ease of use

very easy to use and once in place has not had any issues. Works as advertised and easy to see what's going on.

Functionality

The SSO plugin for joomla simply does its job, no issues, no hicups. It has tons of options.

Ease of use

Very easy to use, once setup you dont touch it. The issues I was having were server related and nothing to do with plugin.

Amazing, this is what I have to say about support. Always helpful, very fast and they have fix my server issues even though its not ther job

Functionality

Has all that we need to turn Joomla user list into a source of identities that can be used for single sign on to external service providers.

Ease of use

Easy installation via upload of package, no issues. Configuration is largely automated. Requires premium version for more than 100 users.

Very responsive support - was willing to quickly alter plugin to meet our requirements

Documentation is thorough, and support is willing to answer any additional questions.

I used this to: SAML 2.0 sign on to an external website via Joomla user list. Have also added in two-factor authentication with the optional additional plugin.
