Auto OnPageLoad Popup is a Joomla site module for Joomla 4, 5, and 6. Publish as many instances as you need. Each one chooses when it opens, what it shows, how it looks, and how often a visitor sees it. Test Mode lets you rehearse without writing cookies. Production cookies, timers, and an optional AOLP.open API keep the same person from seeing the offer on every refresh.

Download and unzip AutoOnPageLoadPopup_UNZIP.zip
System > Install > Extensions > upload the mod_onpageload_popup_*.zip inside
Content > Site Modules > New > Auto OnPageLoad Popup
Hide the title, assign a position (debug works well), publish
Choose trigger, content, popup type, and theme
Clear cache and test. Use Test Mode while you tune cookies

I would say a bit pricey as their support is poor and they are charging a premium

I used this to: Tried to use on our company's Joomla site but it conflicted so moved onto other developer's module
